We generally do not seek to collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, personal financial account credentials, biometric information, precise geolocation, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through this website. Data Marine does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

We do not knowingly sell sensitive personal data.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and maritime professionals and are not directed to children.

Information received through RFQs, purchase orders, vessel service requests, business cards, emails, telephone calls, agents, manufacturers, ship managers, owners, operators, or other professional communications may be maintained and processed as reasonably necessary for business operations and legitimate commercial relationships, subject to applicable law.

We may preserve, use, or disclose information if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable law, legal process, regulatory requirements, court orders, subpoenas, governmental requests, contractual requirements, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
